PEK0 20030724 BEIJING, CHINA : British artist Antony Gormley looks out over some of 167,000 clay figures which make up the Asian Field exhibition in the China National Museum in Beijing on Thursday July 24, 2003. A total of 192,000 clay figures were made under Gormley's guidance by over 300 people in China's southern Guangzhou province in January this year to raise issues about the relationship between art, society, and the environment they live in. The exhibition, comprising 167,000 of the figures, is being set up in the museum this week before opening on July 28.
